How to Pay the Balance

You may either pay in full or put down a deposit to reserver your spot with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the start date of the retreat. You can pay with a free bank transfer using the email address: or through Paypal.

Cancellation Policies

On our end, for participants to have the best possible experience all retreats with less then 6 participants will be cancelled. We will close registration for the retreats one month prior to the retreat start date. Should the retreat be cancelled a complete refund will be issued. We do not foresee this as occurring; however, if this is the case we will send an email notification and refund on the 30-day registration close date. 

On your end, please note that there will be no refunds or discounts if you are arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness due to the costs already incurred when reserving centers, hotels, hiring guest teachers and staff.

The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances is to purchase travel insurance.  Do I need a visa for India?

Yes, a visa is required. Tourists visas are through your local Indian consulate or embassy. The application form can be downloaded for your country on the internet. Please note that India now also offers for most countries a 30-Day Visa on Arrival.

How do I get from the retreat to the airport?

To make your trip smooth and easy, airport transfer is scheduled and arranged for you.  Please email your flight details including the day, date, and time of your arrival, airline, flight number and city of departure, as soon as possible and no later then 3-weeks prior to the retreat start date.

Do I need vaccinations to travel to India?

It is not required for these retreat locations. However, if you are planning to do vaccinations, you should visit a travel clinic 4-8 weeks before your departure to India. Do some research and make your own decision based upon individual comfort level.

Is safety a concern?

I have spent significant time and lived in all retreat locations. These places are all special to me; hence, the reason for wanting to share my love of them with you. During my stay in these locations, I never felt unsafe. These locations are used to western travelers, accommodate to tourism, and language is not an issue. I never stayed out past 10 p.m. on my own. During the duration of your retreat and travel, I will have my phone with me at all times and will be available should you have any questions/concerns.

How do I exchange money?

When you arrive, you can exchange local currency at the airport or you can exchange money once you reach your retreat destination. ATMs in all locations are within a 10-minute walk from each retreat location; making it easy and convenient to withdraw cash and there are plenty of exchange bureaus within walking distance.


 Do I have to attend all of the scheduled sessions in the retreat?

We encourage you first and foremost to always listen to the intelligence of your body. We do highly encourage and recommend that you to fully participate in mind, body, spirit to receive the full benefits of the retreats. We do ask that you disengage from the use of social media to be fully present.

Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?

No. We will have a new yoga mat ready for you upon arrival for your ease and convenience.
